1. Advertising Scope & Eligibility
Discover STM Publishing Ltd. accepts advertisements in its print edition from:
·       Reputable healthcare organizations (hospitals, research institutions)
·       Medical device/pharmaceutical companies
·       Academic publishers & conference organizers
·       Professional societies & training providers
Exclusions:
·       Products/services violating local laws or medical ethics
·       Entities with sanctioned affiliations
2. Approval Process
Pre-Submission Requirements
Advertisers must provide:
·       Final ad artwork (PDF/JPEG, 300 DPI minimum)
·       Verification of claims (FDA/CE certifications, clinical trial references)
·       Conflict of interest disclosures
3. Editorial Review
The Editorial Board evaluates ads based on:
✔ Accuracy (no exaggerated/misleading claims)
✔ Compliance with national advertising laws 
✔ Alignment with journal’s ethical standards
Decision Timeline: 7–10 business days.

·       Evidence-based claims: References to studies must cite PubMed IDs/DOIs.
Prohibited Content
❌ Unapproved medical claims (e.g., "cures cancer")
❌ Comparative superiority without head-to-head trial data
❌ Patient testimonials without IRB approval
❌ AI-generated imagery of medical conditions
6. Ethical Safeguards
Editorial Independence
·       Advertisers cannot influence peer review, content selection, or editorials.
·       A "Churchill Wall" policy physically separates ad/editorial teams.
7.Complaint Resolution
·       Readers/advertisers may report concerns via email address
